Please enjoy the menu for the evening, created by our Chef and culinary team! Each dish can be found on our Wedding Menu. Our drink pairings have been carefully selected by our new South Suburban Golf Course food and beverage manager, Erin Lustig, a level-one sommelier.
First Course: Four Cheese stuffed Mushrooms paired with Mercat Brut Nature
Second Course: Prime Rib Au Jus Soup with Toasted Garlic Bread paired with Frank Family Cabernet Sauvignon
Third Course: Lone Tree Wedding Salad – Mixed Greens topped with Mandarin Oranges, Red Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Candied Pecans and our Housemade Blackberry Vinaigrette paired with Grande River Colorado Sauvignon Blanc
